At COSMOPACK 2010 CO.MA.DI.S., an IMA SAFE company, exhibited two tube filling machines, the C735 and the C960, ideally suited to the filling of cosmetic products.

The C735 is a compact tube filler able to handle aluminium, plastic and laminate tubes. Suitable for both standard production and laboratory use, and available complete with automatic tube print registration device. The C735 reaches a mechanical speed of 35 tubes per minute.

The C960 is a complete automatic tube filler suitable to handle metal, plastic and laminate tubes containing cosmetic products. The machine having a new type of automatic empty tubes feeding magazine, has been completely redesigned complying with the highest manufacturing process standards. The machine will be shown equipped with hot air sealing unit and PLC with programming visualizer (H.M.I.). The C960 reaches a mechanical speed of 60 tubes per minute.
