GS Laboratory are pilot units especially designed for the specific needs of R&D laboratories, for the optimization of coating processes and formulations as well as for small batch production. They are suitable for processing microgranules and pellets as well as tablet film and sugar coating. Laboratory units are based on the same working concept and features as the production ones and the results obtained from laboratory tests are suitable for detailed analysis and simple production scale-up.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

-	Equipped with a solid wall pan thus combining the advantages of perfect mixing with the use of the same ventilation principle as the production plants.
-	The drying system makes use of two exhausting paddles for tablet coating and blowing paddles for pellets and microgranules.
-	Different sizes of paddles for higher flexibility in terms of pan working capacities.
