The machines dedicated to the capping of vials for injectable products are a critical part of the production process, since they guarantee the hermetic seal and therefore the integrity of the drug inside the container.
The ALU Series of cappers consists of both continuous and intermittent motion rotary machines for the application and sealing of traditional aluminium caps, flip-off caps and even special design caps (ADD-VANTAGE, BIO-SET and MONOVIAL).
Designed to guarantee a capping process with low particle generation, these machines are suitable for installation in conventional type contamination-controlled environments and under isolator.
Cap sealing is carried out with an idle edging roller and by rotation of the container support plates.
AISI 304 or AISI 316 L st. st construction and cGMP compliance.

The ALU capper series comprises intermittent and continuous motion machines

Continuous motion
- ALU 400 with 8 capping heads – output: up to 400 pcs/min.
- ALU 600 with 12 capping heads - output: up to 600 pcs/min. 

Intermittent motion
- ALU 200 with 2 capping heads – output: up to 160 pcs/min.
- ALU 100 with 1 capping head – output: up to 100 pcs/min.
