STERIFILL RS-P2

Sterifilll RS-P2 is a filling and stoppering machine for ready-to use, disposable syringes in nests. The machine is  suitable for small-batch filling and for stopper insertion and can be equipped with R.A.B.S . Its compact design allows the machine to be part of a complete processing line or also serve as a stand-alone filler. The  loading of nests on the belt conveyor  is manual.  The machine is supplied with and automatic extraction and positioning of nest  under the filling / stoppering station.
The filled and stoppered syringes in the nests are automatically re-inserted into the tubs to be taken to the next step in the secondary packaging process.

The machine can be equipped with volumetric pumps or with other filling systems typical of aseptic operations as Time/Pressure or Peristaltic Pumps. CIP/SIP system is available on request.
Sterifill is fully equipped with brushless motors to reach maximum flexibility in handling and filling accuracy.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
The filling needles  enter the syringe barrels without any contact with the container.
