XTREMA F2000

XTREMA F2000 is an  in-line filling & stoppering machine with continuous motion positive in-line transport system and suitable for filling liquid solutions into cylindrical  vials and for rubber stoppers insertion . The machine can handle as well all vial sizes in the SVP range.
The machine can be exposed to VHP sterilization gas agent and its flexible design allows  the  machine to be positioned against a wall or  under any type of R.A.B.S. or isolators.
The machine can move at continuous motion with 100% IPC at high speed (up to 400 vpm).
The  vials are conditioned  in a “ multi-pocket dowels” linear transport system which is very easy to dismount without tools assuring a very quick size change-over.
The new volumetric filling pumps, suitable for CIP/SIP, are equipped with “Quick Fit”  that permits an easy fitting without tools and without getting in touch with product contact parts.
The machine can be equipped with other filling systems typical of aseptic operations as:
   time pressure
   peristatil pumps
   rolling diaphragm pumps

Filling volume: from 0.25 to 100ml.

The high speed stoppering station includes a st.st. 316L vibratory bowl  which feed the stoppers directly on a stoppering carrousel with  vacuum-operated heads.
