Sterifill F200 is an in-line filling and stoppering machine for aseptic environments that can reach an output of up to 320 pcs/min.
The series allows versatility because of the presence of four basic versions, with the possibility of liquid filling and one or two closure applications on the same monobloc.
In addition to that, different dosing systems are available too (volumetric, time/pressure, peristaltic, diaphragm pumps), as well as CIP/SIP systems. The dosing range goes from 0.25 through 100 ml.
A narrow basement allows the operation from one machine side only and the wall installation as well. Built in AISI 304 st. st. or AISI 316 L, it is fully compliant with cGMP standards..
