FLEXIFILL is a series of in-line fillers that can be either electronically or mechanically driven, intermittent or continuous motion. High flexibility is guaranteed thanks to the possibility of using them for all types of cosmetic products.
F940 is designed to work from low to medium outputs (from 120 to 250 bottles/min) with a dosing volume of up to 500 ml (up to 8 filling units).
Designed according to cGMP standards, FLEXIFILL can be equipped with servo-driven motors both for nozzle carrier head vertical and horizontal stroke and for adjustment of dosing volume.
The machine is suitable to fill big volumes specially required when handling cosmetic products such as detergents, shampoos, lotions, mouthwashes and personal care products as a whole.
CIP-SIP system is available on demand.
All parts in contact with the product in AISI 316L stainless steel.
