This simple labelling head can be fitted on all types of machine and is designed to apply labels to the top of cartons, bottles, vials and ampoules. Label distribution and application are controlled by a stepping motor and by an automatic synchronization system at the operating speed (when possible with input from encoder).
The distribution unit vertical (and/or transversal) position can be easily adjusted to rapidly modify the label position on the container. It features a large capacity recovery system controlled by a mechanical clutch which keeps the paper constantly taut.
