SENSITIVE A400 TE 3T

Sensitive A400 TE 3T is a complete automatic labelling machine suitable for applying self-adhesive labels
to guarantee the tamper evident sealing of closed cartons and for applying vignettes and Italian Bollino
on the top of cartons. Designed for easy application in line with packaging machines, SENSITIVE TE 3T
can handle straight or reverse tuck cartons and applies seals of either transparent plastic materials
or paper. The machine can reach an out-put speed of up 500 cartons/min.
Built in accordance with cGMP standards and completely made of st.st. SENSITIVE T/E 3T is featured by
a high degree of flexibility

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

According to the working system of the upstream cartoner machine, the machine can applies labels:

Label application takes place by means of two labelling heads opposite each other, while vignette labels
are applied through a third head fitted above the carton transport system and controlled by a stepping motor.
The transport system consists of lower belts driven by inverter with encoder for synchronization with the
two side heads. The system enables the step-transport of cartons and, therefore, makes it possible to store
rejections and the working self control of the photocells and sensors. The self-checking control system of
the machine features reverse logic. Carton spacing is allowed through two lateral belts ( with independent
motorization), that moving at a lower speed than the conveyor belts, keep the cartons constantly spaced.
Thanks to PLC and a very friendly HMI, the machine is equipped with state-of-the-art electronic controlling
system.
