IMA Multimedia training has been developed to maximize training opportunities for machine operators or technicians and is a pragmatic and effective operating tool which can be used autonomously or with the assistance of an IMA engineer.

It provides specific training in the use and maintenance of the machine for operators, electrical and mechanical maintenance engineers and supervisory personnel with final evaluation test and printout of certificate to prove that training has been completed.

It can therefore be used at the customer’s site to acquaint newly hired personnel with machine configuration and operating procedures.

IMA machines incorporate the latest developments in technology, designed to ensure high production efficiency and low maintenance.
To help our customers get top performance from our machines, IMA recommends technical training courses for machine operators.

The courses are taught by qualified IMA trainer–engineers, very often in the customer ‘s own language and involve instructions for the customer’s staff on how to operate and maintain the machine’s efficiency, and how to carry out troubleshooting procedures in the easiest, fastest possible way.

During training sessions at IMA or the customer’s plant our experts will also explain the correct use of the documentation supplied with the machine.
Our Training Courses are tailor-made in order to fulfill all needs of the following personnel: Operators, Technicians, Supervisors.

Each training course is composed both of theory classes and of practical technical activities on the machine with responsibility for ensuring that the machine runs in compliance with specified parameters.
Special attention is given to the customized units fitted to the machine and to the best and most effective way of dealing with any problems, which may arise during machine operation.

Ideally the customer’s personnel should be trained at IMA premises prior to machine acceptance as this provides greater access to IMA resources and optimum learning environment. IMA will also run hands-on courses at the customer’s premises at times to be agreed, assessment sessions are held after training to check trainees’ progress.
All participants who successfully complete their assessment tests will be issued with an Attendance Certificate.
