VACUUM FILLING is a technology that guarantees the right level of product inside the bottles, no matter the type and shape of the bottles and the dimension of the hole in the bottle mouth.
This filling system allows even the foamiest products to be handled as well, with no product loss and with a high degree of dosing accuracy.
This machine series includes:
- F640-DP: continuous motion rotary filler – output up to 300 bottles/min.
- F94-DP: intermittent motion filler – output up to 100 bottles/min.
The system is very simple but effective: the saved product will be re-circulated in the glass bell tank
Wide dosing range from 5 ml to 1000 ml
Production speed that goes from low speeds to high speeds.
