GS CAR are wheeled tanks for film and sugar coating suspensions. Many different models are available: from small to medium and up to large production requirements. The liquid is stirred by pneumatic mixers (suitable for EEx environments) or electric mixers (IP55) according to the working requirements.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

Made of AISI 316 stainless steel with mirror finishing.

Removable graduated baffle.

Stirring without incorporation of air.

Poppet valve level with bottom of tank to prevent sedimentation.

Jacket heating temperature control without precipitation or crystallisation of sugar solution.
