| | Upon concluding the development oriented around regulation DIN/ISO9001 and after rigorous auditing, IMA was awarded the ISO9001 Certification in 1997. This means that all the stipulated criteria for quality, inspection and testing regulations have been fulfilled without reservation. Regular internal audits and six-monthly supervisory auditing conducted by SGS guarantee that internal quality procedures are continuously updated.
Having set up a clear system of procedures to be followed allows us to guarantee our customers visibility in the execution of the various stages that lead up to creating even highly complex systems within the required timeframe, while maintaining a simple, flexible organisational structure. While working in compliance with S.O.P. for specialist sectors, this structure is capable of staying flexible and ensuring the supply of completely validated systems.
Quality standards can be grouped into the following categories: - standards of processes, which include extensive documentation of the quality system, organisation and management principles, detailed operation structuring.
- standards which pertain specifically to the pharmaceutical industry. These essentially consist of the integration of GMP regulations and GAMP guidelines into the quality system regulations and result in safety precautions in the individual levels of management and production.
IMA has obtained the GOST R Certificate and the Hygienic Certificate to export to Russia thus freeing customers of this commitment. The IMA quality system is also implemented at the main companies that collaborate with IMA for the supply of complex parts. These companies allow IMA to be flexible in the production of parts according to sales requirements. The training level of technicians who are called upon to perform the various design stages (assembly production, installation, qualification and assistance) plays a central role in our way of working. This allows us to keep customer orientation demand in line with the responsibility of each employee. |

| Each employee is encouraged to contribute to raising the quality levels of the products and services we offer.
Within its product sectors, IMA employs specialists who, from the Quality Plan (which describes how IMA quality management system procedures are applied to each specific project) onwards, integrate the specific procedures requested by the customer, identify the team of specialists assigned to follow the project, and then implement the project plan, list of documents, layouts, specifications, and test documents required up to the F.A.T. protocol. This provides qualified and, if necessary customised, documented support for every single project. |
