Designed to be modular to manage a range of tablets throughput and a range of coating weight gain. Tile-X is designed to respond to Annex 1 requirements and ideal for limited batches of high-value products. A modular concept handling containers in tubs, movement is managed using electromagnetic technologies to ensure precise processing, zero friction and a 100% gloveless solution.
TILE-X is made of multiple, independent modules, each representing a Grade A gloveless isolated chamber. In order to provide maximum sterility assurance, the modules are designed to maximise first air protection and avoid cross-contamination risks, thanks to the ability to manage pressure cascades between modular chambers, sealing them individually with automatic air-tight doors.

This fog permeates the product chamber and enters the vials that contain the supercooled liquid solutions. As soon as the ice crystals come into contact with the surface of the product, nucleation proceeds rapidly from the top of the vial to the bottom. With this solution, the ice crystals become larger, vial to vial variance is reduced, product stability and uniformity are improved and reconstitution time is often decreased. The technology is applicable to laboratory, pilot and production-scale lyophilisation.
Our recently restyled lab-scale controlled nucleation unit, KRYOSEQ LAB®, will be showcased at the LAB4LIFE lyophilization corner.
